  • CH04SR0386
  • Bottom layer (Green Grey) of Collapse in Rm 31a (with charcoal inclusions)
  • Compact green gray soil that contains many artifacts such as ceramics, bones (many of which were small and possibly fish) and tile. Also has many charcoal inclusions.
  • The majority of the context was screened in order to determine relationship to room 30 (possible fish processing area). Screen is approx. 1/4". Burned wood/charcoal samples taken from south part of room, shot in as other find. Note: Hard to judge the amount of bones being recovered as more or less than other contexts because this was the only context screened.
