- Roughly circular in plan; heavily corroded/ encrusted; on one face a longitudinal element extending along the line of the diameter, commencing ca 3 cm in from one edge and projecting 2cm beyond edge at other side, comprising a number of disparate parts, exact relationship unclear. Reverse face mainly flat but significant area (8 cm by 6 cm) of encrustation at one edge masks any feature there; a triangular notch or cut occurs at circumference 1 cm wide, 2 cm deep.

Includes also bones, ceramics, metal fragments; charcoal & burnt wood, especially outside Rm 28; extends at irregular fall down into road from wall of insula 2-3 m, not present on SE side of street; at E corner of block, wall collapse covers a bronze bucket apparently left on the street.
