- Heavily corroded and encrusted length of copper/copper alloy wire/rod 0.5cm dia. Fissured and fragmentary (2 fragments which fit. Dimensions above are of reconstructed object, but as bent/deformed). Length of rod/wire ca 11cm. Final 2cm bent round to form an elliptical eye. 1 * 0.90 cm. Remaining length has been bent/deformed at ca midpoint. At other end sides appear to converge over 1cm to rounded point. Pin (?)

- Thick layer of compact brown soil in the better part of cut 900 (save for a small section on its extreme W side). This layer was compact and produced many small finds, several nails, some larger-sized pottery, small pieces of plaster and many seashells.
