  • Layer of clay in SW part of room 37
  • Layer of solid clay; inclusions of small pieces of charcoal, small stones. Lies under 639, about 7cm thick, running in strip about 1.6m wide all along the SW side of the excavated area, over the slabs; top elevation noted on context sheet, but does not seem to link through (mistake or missing data?)
  • missing spot height cannot be found in GIS -- either miscoded (but no potential small find or sample that could have been confused with a spot height) or not taken
