- Cut made for rectilinear construction of Tomb 5. Approximate dimensions are 2.64 x 1.24 m (these are the outer dimensions of stone construction of Tomb 5).
- Given preliminary date (6th-7th century) is based on supposition that cut in bedrock and its fill (con. no. 669 and 670) are in direct connection with building of tomb construction.
Interpretation
-
- In this section of the site this is the oldest feature noticed till now. Predates the church for NW wall of church was laying on the feeling of this cut.
