- Roughly oblong and flat iron object with rounded edges; lateral 45 degree bend ca. 1 cm from one end; one edge displays chamfer (the result of hammer strike during smithing?); other end has more rounded edge and has thinner (ca. 0,3 cm) profile; encrustation general and corrosion.

- Mottled gray/dark gray ashy fine silt loam; the section for metallurgical samples was 6.8M X 4.2M. Basically from wall 49 south to tomb 3 and east to walls 31/32 (sketch on back). Small stones with medium concentration of cutural material (ceramics, tileā¦); a couple of small patches of 7.5YR 3/1 very dark gray ash; several stoppers from courtyard and extension, apparently made from tile recovered
