- 2 pieces which fit together to form longitudinal object bent in profile; tapers from "head" of ca. 2,8 cm to a "point" 1,2 cm; significantly corroded/ encrusted; deep fissures and cracks; unable to determine original profile of cross- section but possibly was circular.

- Ash patch (appx. 1.6 x 1.6 m) Ash patch contains high density of slag and iron bits. Ashiest portion seems to have been limited to the east corner, with a noticeably higher concentration of slag 1.2m from the east wall. Deposit seems to have built up into the corner and sits on a bump. Soil was a fine silt loam with charcoal inclusions.
