- (4 parts, 2 major, 2 minor); longitudinal with convergent sides in plan from apparent width 2 cm to 1.5 cm; at 1.5 cm from end, one side obliquely cut to form point with other side; opposite end indistinct; heavily corroded/encrusted.

- Dark brown soil with a concentration of tile, and comparatively little else in the way of artifacts. Dimensions [at definition] are approximately the same as context 562, except that context 593 extends a little to the east and south and it is approximately 12-14 cm in depth, covering bedrock.
