  • Brown earth/packing NW end room 32
  • Brown earth along the NW wall in room 32 - .5 to 2 m wide. The color of the fill is uneven (from brown to black). The fill contains some particles of the bedrock as well as animal bones, shells, and ceramics. The edges of the fill are not definite. At the north corner of the room, bones of a large animal and burned wood.
  • pottery provides a fairly precise date in the 10th c. AD

    • Brown alignment same as 460 above, defined by posthole 462. walkway/undercover of landing quite possible as space definitely different. Also aligns with doorway to room 36.
