- Layer of burning in SW part of room 37. Soft dark soil with ash, small pieces of charcoal. No finds. Irregular limits, seems to fill slight depression in contemporary ground surface, ca. 4cm thick; clearly visible in section
- some overexcavation of edge; cxt sheet indicates a sample for flotation, but no such sample is recorded in the register (missing sample in storeroom?)
