Context: CH05SR_550
- A loose brown soil that extends over the majority of the excavated portion of the courtyard. This context goes all the way down to bedrock in the east portion of the courtyard. However, it becomes much more compact in this area. Color and composition stay the same, maybe a little more clayey towards the bottom. Depth of context varies form less than 5 cm to 20 cm.

Context: CH05SR_576
- Dark grayish brown ashy loam, of which the dimensions are circular and approximately 1 M (N-S) X 95 cm (E-W) and 3 cm in depth. Filled small upper part of a larger cut of two adjacent contexts (577 and 578) and a lower surface (550).

Context: CH05SR_577
- Loose dark gray brown soil with concentration of medium-sized (approximately 20-30 cm in diameter) stones. Dimensions are 1.4 M (N-S) X 1.7 M (E-W) and approximately 40 cm in depth. Context is located just south of the trench for wall #49 and in the western part of the courtyard, extends into the profile

Context: CH05SR_578
- Small compact gray layer, clayey composition, extending into west profile. Dimensions are approximately 70 cm (N-S) X 55 cm (E-W) and 18 cm in depth. Layer is situated on top of bedrock, just S of context 576 and doesn’t appear to extend into the profile.

Context: CH05SR_593
- Dark brown soil with a concentration of tile, and comparatively little else in the way of artifacts. Dimensions [at definition] are approximately the same as context 562, except that context 593 extends a little to the east and south and it is approximately 12-14 cm in depth, covering bedrock.

Context: CH05SR_594
- Dark grayish compact brown soil (loam) with green inclusions that covers most of the southern courtyard and courtyard extension.

Context: CH05SR_605
- Heavily mottled clay with red, green, grey, white, and yellow inclusions; compact! And concentrated in the NE part of the courtyard. Extends the length of wall 31 getting more narrow as it extends south.
